New client with existing website
This process is used when onboarding a new client and we need access to their website and analytics reporting.
In order to manage their website & content, we need to get access to it by being granted our own username & password.
Do not ask them to send us someone else's access, for security we should always be added as a new administrator user.
If we are making changes to the design or functionality of a website, we should ask for access to their hosting control panel. This is often "cPanel" but this could be anything in practice.
The reason is that sometimes when we make changes to a website, or upload new functionality, it can cause site errors. By having back-end access we can quickly restore functionality.
Most people use Google Analytics, but there are other systems available.
Whatever system it is, ask them to add us as a user. Due to two-factor authentication it's unlikely using someone else's details will work.

If we're handling their SEO, we need to get some idea of what outcomes they feel would be successful and what keywords they want to be discovered for.
It's important to tell the client that we will take this information and use our internal tools to enhance, check and
